Synopsis:

The Vernon Point Neighborhood Association is a passionate bunch of residents who take their local "vibe" very seriously—whether they are squabbling over historically inaccurate porch railings or debating the proper protocol for trash can placement.

However, no one is prepared for the absolute neighbor-versus-neighbor battle royale that erupts when a newcomer to the board, Kyra Marshall (Anika Noni Rose), suggests the unthinkable: installing a stop sign on the corner of the enclave's prettiest, most bucolic block. What starts as a simple community meeting quickly devolves into a raucous and hilarious exploration of power struggles, "well-intentioned" bad behavior, and the wildly divergent visions people have for the places they call home.
